Refunds and Cancellations

In order to process refunds or cancellations, go to Merchant Hub -> Manage Payments -> Refund and cancellation

Step 1: Search for transactions

  1. Select a Merchant group and the account /site.
  2. Select a date range.
  3. Decide what parameter to search on and enter the data into the search value else leave as “Select” option (i.e. without any search field).
  4. Click ‘Search.’

The results of the search are displayed. If a transaction can be refunded or voided a check box will appear next to it on the left‐hand side. A comment is displayed on the right‐hand side to help guide you. Any transactions that can be refunded appear in yellow, and any that can be voided in green.

Step 2: Select Transactions

  1. Select the transactions you wish to refund/void and click ‘Next’.
  2. 
  3. You can change the refund/void type to fraud if this is the reason for submission and add an optional comment if you wish.

Step 3: Confirmation

The last screen now shows a final list of refunds/cancellations and requires confirmation to submit them to the LPS gateway.

Once submitted, the success screen will appear with the submission result.
